Default Little Big Planet

After playing through a few of the levels on my own, I found the game to be not too difficult, playability wise. The levels aren't that difficult to play through (should be not too frustrating for most age levels), and are actually pretty short. The challenge actually comes from finding all the items hidden in the level, which can be a challenge. One of the things you have to find are stickers, and some of these stickers in turn trigger hidden areas where other stickers, costumes, patterns, and objects are located. Also, not dieing in levels can earn you bonus items.

I think the real playability comes from the online part. First off you can play through the game with other online players, which is really cool. The bad part to this though is if you get someone who is really speedy through a level, then it can make it a little difficult for the slower player because it makes some weird camera angles.
You can also create your own levels which can be shared with other Little Big Planet players online. I think this is probably the single biggest draw to the game, because this increase the replay value tremendously! The only drawback I have with it is that you have to play through the story mode to unlock the object to be used in the level creator process. I personally think it would be fun if you could just make your own levels to share. I have played a few levels that people created, which I think rival the ones created by the games designers! One in particular was called 'Escape from Alcatraz'. There were also some pretty hilarious ones that I played through... like the ones based on the Saw movies.

Overall I think this is a really fun game and have enjoyed playing it. Personalizing your sackboy throughout the game is a lot of fun and the music for the levels fits perfectly. The online capabilities definitely make the game and will give it good replay value for quite some time!
